About ME
I’m a male survivor of childhood sexual abuse (CSA). Having spent over a decade in varying civil service roles, I know what it is like to dedicate your life to a higher calling. My purpose and mission in life has gone from donning varying uniforms to charging forward in raising awareness to the issue of Men’s Mental Health. Whether it is targeting CSA, discussing service-related Post-Traumatic Service Disorder (PTSD), or championing Sobriety as a recovering alcoholic: this has become my life’s calling.
I grew up with a great appreciation for the outdoors, with that being said, I spend almost all my time off in a remote little cut of land in Northern Michigan. I believe there is a healing aspect of nature, and a truly rewarding relationship one can have with the outdoors in general. There is a great peace awaiting us should we choose to pursue it.
